This section is for people and organisations that support or work with women, girls, feminine identifying and non-binary people with disabilities. We share free courses, factsheets, and guides to equip you with the knowledge and tools to support your work. We've also included a section on worker wellbeing, because we understand the importance of taking care of those who care for others.
Most of this section is in plain English. We did this as we know that writing in plain English is a good way to communicate with people who have different levels of literacy or language skills. When writing about complex topics, we have made the language as clear and direct as possible.
Some links within this section lead to information about violence and abuse, including sexual violence. Please look after yourself when reading content that could trigger you.
The professional development hub offers several courses for people who support or work with women, girls, feminine identifying and non-binary people with disabilities. Covering topics such as strength-based case management, domestic and family violence, trauma-informed advocacy, and more! Each course has been co-designed with women with disabilities.
